Southeastern Therapy Animal Resources (STAR)



Southeastern Therapy Animal Resources –S.T.A.R.- is a local club of nationally registered pet therapy teams (pet and handler) that was established in 2001. Over 50 members share a common goal of promoting and facilitating animal-assisted therapy to make a difference in South Carolina Lowcountry communities by volunteering time and sharing the unconditional love of their pets with those needing comfort, affection, and healing.
